Trish Parsons brings together two worlds: premium short‑term rental management and real estate sales along Cape Town’s iconic Atlantic Seaboard. As the owner of Living Atlantic and a qualified agent with Harcourts Atlantic, she offers clients a unique advantage — insight into how a property performs as a rental today and what it’s worth when it comes time to sell. With six years of hands‑on experience in Camps Bay, Bakoven, Green Point, and the City Bowl, Trish has built trusted relationships with property owners and guests alike.
